Is he going to be our Memorial Plan Man?

I had a conversation this afternoon with Loi  Valdes Oropesa, a radio announcer politician who ran for board member last election, but lost because  his destiny would be with Destiny Plans.  He was accompanied by Mumay Velarde whom he describes as the marketing woman. He was referred by Jeff Terso

We agreed that they would send us a letter of intent together with their synopsis of marketing plan and we would negotiate and or tug the string on the following:   agency agreement and commission rate....

We would conduct training with me as one of  the trainors in the beginning.

We brainstormed on the advantage over the plan that has 96% of the market like:

               1. Upgrade one rank higher for plot buyers when finally used at need

               2.  Upgade one rank higher when plan used on the 10th year and beyond.

               3.  New plan for the beneficiaries if the original buyer survives beyond 40 years.

              

The Holy Gardens Memorial Plan Advantage Proposal

To avoid being a commodity and being generic, the following was proposed:

Objective:

1. To boost the sales of Holy Gardens Memorial Plans from 30 in 6 months to 
    250 per month

2.  To counter attack the  biggest Memorial Plan company which is representing itself as seller of affordable plans but comes at need time, shows ugly caskets and then the chapel manager upgrades to as high as P100K, 3x over the original product

We will be counter intuitive and a renegade, and agressive


A.   For plot owners, we offer: automatic complimentary upgrade at need (kung fully paid ang plans)

            This offer is good up to December 31, 2019 only unless there is a special request and/or public clamor....

B.   For regular sales:

      1.   One package higher if the plan is used after    10 years.... (the price analysis follows the above)

      2.   Two package higher  if plan is used after         20  years


C.  For Pamana buyers:

      Another  plan is made in favor of the beneficiary if the original plan holder is alive after 40 years (the plan is to be amortized by the company in five years

1.  We use Whtie Rose as FMV instrument , ie multiple of this is to be used for our various funeral packages and applicable to cremation and/or bundling, and Interment service

2.  We represent that we are selling Fixed Money Value MVP  Money Value Plan
