Rizal Philippines The office of the Insurance Commissioner approved this year the following changes in Destiny Financial Plans Inc:

1. Change the name to Holy Gardens Memorial Plans Inc (HGMPI) from Destiny Financial Plans Inc.

2. Change of situs from Bayani Road to 3f Juana Merced Building Angono Rizal
